By participating in our programs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your professional background and educational requirements. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a position of responsibility in your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When enrolling in a program, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions and complete required coursework. We reserve the right to adjust program schedules with advance notice. Program completion requirements must be met to receive certification.
Program cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date.
For ongoing programs, you must provide 60 days notice before withdrawal. Any unused portion of prepaid tuition will be handled according to our refund policy.
We are committed to delivering high-quality executive education. If you are dissatisfied with the program quality, please submit your concerns in writing within the first week of the program. We will review your case and may offer program transfer or refund options.
Refunds for prepaid programs will be prorated based on completed modules. Processing time for refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on your payment method.
All program materials, including presentations, documents, and online resources, are protected by copyright. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce these materials without written permission. Your enrollment grants you a limited license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.
We guarantee the quality of our educational programs. If any program does not meet our published standards, we will provide additional support or alternative program options at no extra cost. This guarantee is valid for the duration of your enrolled program.
All program fees are subject to change for future cohorts. Published fees include standard program materials and assessments. Additional costs may apply for optional materials or special requirements. Payment must be completed before program commencement unless a payment plan has been arranged.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in our programs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Regular review of these terms is recommended.
